Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a ServiceNow HR Lead in Alexandria, VA. Key Responsibilities:

• ServiceNow HR Lead will manage HR service delivery in the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational requirements
• Aligning HR processes with the OPM Human Capital Business Reference Model and organizational policies
• Lead initiatives to improve HR processes and operational efficiency
• Provide strategic direction on human capital programs and initiatives to support workforce needs
• As a ServiceNow HR Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR solutions and best practices
• Monitor and ensure compliance with federal HR regulations and standards
• Serve as a key advisor to leadership on HR service delivery strategies and improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in human capital management and HR process improvement
• Proven expertise in HR service delivery and aligning systems with organizational objectives
• Strong understanding of the OPM Human Capital Business Reference Model
• Proficiency in leveraging the ServiceNow platform for HR service delivery
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
