ServiceNow Business Process Consultant

Full Time

Salary: $100-140k depending on experience + Benefits & Bonus

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join an expanding team, doing innovative project work in the platform across Commercial and local Government projects, primarily focused in CSM.

What will you be doing:

• Lead processes for ServiceNow projects focused across the Government sector
• Focus on advancements within CSM, FSM and other ServiceNow modules
• Be the face of the business in speaking with clients to solve their pain points
• Lead functional process workshops
• Design bespoke processes that assist the client in overcoming obstacles and achieving project success.
• Gather business requirements to translate them into workable solutions.
• Develop and deliver end-user testing or training, write user stories, draw process flow, write test cases etc
• Support the project while collaborating closely with a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team & the ServiceNow Architect

Experience:

• Strong ServiceNow functional background
• 2+ years in ServiceNow experience minimum
• Previous consultancy experience
• ServiceNow end-to-end implementation experience in CSM required
