We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team at Raas Infotek. Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, including business users and technical teams, to create detailed specifications.
• Analyze and document existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that align with business objectives.
• Create detailed requirement documents, functional specifications, use cases, EPICs, User stories, and other documentation.
• Cultivate effective communication between business and technical teams, facilitating discussions, workshops, and meetings to ensure all parties are on the same page.
• Participate in testing and validation of new features and products to ensure they meet specified requirements. Requirements:
• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst with a focus on infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, and storage.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and functionality.
• Fundamental understanding and experience using ITSM, ITIL, ITOM, CMDB principles, with ITIL v3 Certification preferred.
• At least two years of experience formulating technical requirements based on customer needs.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and define metrics that inform the success of products.
