The Role

The Sr. Technical Consultant, Expert Services, acts as the functional and technical expert within customer engagement teams. Your role involves consulting with clients, configuring the ServiceNow Platform products following best practices, and driving successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver platform solutions considering long-term architecture, process design, and technical standards.
  • Support process re-engineering, gap analysis, and process definition during client workshops.
  • Advise clients on leveraging ServiceNow capabilities to enhance their processes.
  • Lead design workshops across various ServiceNow products and capabilities.
  • Assist clients in documenting requirements and drafting user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Provide training and oversight for future system administrators.
  • Lead technical project delivery, including overseeing partner development efforts.
  • Develop integrations such as SSO, LDAP, and others.
  • Ensure quality in all customer-facing deliverables.
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Promote continuous improvement practices.
  • Support sales activities as needed.
  • Mentor team members and partners.
  • Travel up to 50% annually based on client needs. Qualifications
  • Top Secret / SCI clearance for US federal agencies.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow in federal environments, especially with GCC.
  • Experience with ServiceNow security features like Vault, Edge Encryption, Data Privacy, and Domain Separation.
  • At least 5 years of experience in configuration/development of complex technologies, including integrations and portals.
  • Proven ability to influence and consult with clients in diverse environments.
  • Technical skills in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.), SaaS, and data management.
  • Knowledge of enterprise technologies such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
