Role Description: The City of Miami is migrating Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud, including Financial Modules (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Projects & Grants, Fixed Assets), HCM modules, Payroll, and Procurement (Contracts, Suppliers, Purchasing).

Skills & Requirements:

• 7+ years of Techno-Functional expertise in Oracle EBS.
• Proven experience leading Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud migration projects.
• Full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Procurement Modules implementation experience.
• Strong technical configuration skills.
• Expertise in Oracle Procurement Modules: Contracts, Suppliers, Purchasing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
