Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Developer Location: Atlanta, GA (but will work primarily remote) Long-term contract
Join a dynamic team where HR and IT are transforming how services are delivered through digital innovation. As a ServiceNow HRSD Developer/Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the employee experience and optimizing HR services by leveraging the ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) platform.
You will work closely with HR, IT, and plant operations teams to drive automation, streamline workflows, and improve service delivery using ServiceNow’s capabilities. This is a hands-on role that combines business analysis with platform development, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What you'll do:
- Promote ServiceNow HRSD best practices and leverage out-of-the-box solutions when appropriate.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective HRSD solutions.
- Analyze and enhance HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, case management, and lifecycle events.Assist in configuring and maintaining HRSD modules, including: Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events
- Document Management Build and support HR workflows, forms, and user interfaces.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Maintain system documentation, user guides, and technical specs.
- Monitor system performance and assist with troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with HR process owners to evaluate and improve workflows.
- Facilitate HRSD enhancement requests, including requirement gathering and user story development.
- Lead HRSD platform calls and coordinate with developers and ServiceNow contacts.
- Train HR users and plant managers on new tools and processes.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment across HRSD workstreams. Qualifications: Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and architecture.
- Development experience within ServiceNow HRSD modules.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and other web technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Preferred:
- Internship or academic project experience with ServiceNow or HR systems.
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (or willingness to become certified within 6 months).
- Understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
