IDR is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ServiceNow Developer to join one of our top clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in JavaScript and ServiceNow development to work within a supportive, team-oriented environment. Position Overview / Responsibilities for the ServiceNow Developer:
- Remediate customized ServiceNow Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and other artifacts identified in Health Assessments
- Address and correct common issues in existing scripts, including:
- Ensuring Client Scripts check for isLoading and return as needed
- Avoiding use of GlideRecord in client-side code
- Removing hard-coded IDs from scripts
- Eliminating use of the eval() method
- Stripping out console.log() from client-side debugging
- Avoiding use of the variable name gr in scripts
Required Skills for the ServiceNow Developer:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Strong JavaScript development skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (preferred)
- Note: Mayo will NOT be providing equipment

pay transparency: 50-55/hr
