SNOW CMDB Workspace Developer

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB Workspace Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive, hands-on professional with a deep understanding of ITOM implementations, CMDB architecture, and integration best practices. You’ll be instrumental in designing and developing scalable, enterprise-level ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including CMDB Workspace, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and optimize ServiceNow ITOM solutions using industry best practices. Perform hands-on development and configuration of: Discovery Patterns & Schedules Probes and Sensors Event Rules and Alert Automation

Integrate ServiceNow with: Enterprise monitoring and application management tools Third-party platforms using OOB plugins, REST/SOAP APIs

Implement and configure core ITOM modules: ServiceNow Discovery Service Mapping Event Management Orchestration

Design and customize ServiceNow components such as: Forms, Workflows, Scripts Service Maps, SLAs, Web Services Inbound Email Actions, Transform Maps Manage and optimize MID Servers for seamless communication and integration.

Deploy and configure advanced CMDB tools: CMDB Workspace, CMDB 360, Data Manager Set up KPI dashboards and health reporting Provide technical leadership during multiple ServiceNow implementations.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong experience in ITOM, CMDB architecture, and ServiceNow scripting. Proficient in application and infrastructure architecture, including cloud and hybrid systems. Knowledge of modern web technologies and cloud computing principles, such as: SaaS / PaaS Multi-tenancy Automation frameworks

Experience integrating ServiceNow with tools such as: SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Nagios, Splunk, etc. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, or System Administrator) are a strong plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
