ServiceNow Developer/Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to join our team at NTT DATA Federal Services, Inc.

This role involves participating in the development and implementation of ServiceNow business applications, working closely with team members and internal stakeholders to define and document development requirements and scope of new development requests.

You will support the release of applications through research, technical analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.

You will also design reports and dashboards and perform other related duties as outlined by the ServiceNow technical/Workstream lead and Project Manager.

To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for learning new technologies, experience with JavaScript and SQL, and high energy level, self-starter with a positive attitude.

You should understand web development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and possess exceptional debugging, unit testing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate high standards of integrity, trust, and ethics, and hold a U.S. Customs and Border Protection Public Trust Clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

• U.S. Customs and Border Protection Public Trust Clearance
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
