• *End Client:** Advance Solution/Telecommunication
• *Location:** Remote (US)
• *Schedule:** 32 hours per week
• *Type:** Contract
• *Job Overview:** We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise in TSM, HRSD, and system integrations. The ideal candidate will build and support workflows, employee center configurations, and REST API integrations for seamless HR operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop complex workflows using Technical Service Management (TSM)
• Configure employee centers and implement HRSD features such as Case Management and Lifecycle Events
• Develop REST API integrations with Workday using SOAP APIs
• Ensure seamless system integrations for efficient HR operations Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Hands-on experience with HRSD, TSM, and system integrations
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and their applications
• Familiarity with Service Portal and Flow Designer Preferred Skills:
• JavaScript and Glide APIs knowledge
• Experience with IntegrationHub and MID Server
