Senior ServiceNow Developer Position at RIT Solutions Inc. About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Woodlawn, MD. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will provide technical leadership and support to our development team, working on various ServiceNow modules and services. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of solution artifacts, including roadmaps, optimization of operations, architecture, and block diagrams.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop solution architectures that address technical, management, automation, and operational reporting aspects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow Developers.
• Serve as a Team Lead, providing direction and assistance to the development team. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience or Master's degree and 5 years of experience (or 11+ years of experience in lieu of a degree).
• 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer.
• Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly.
• Experience with the US Federal Government.
• Able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust, contract requirement. Preferred Skills
• ServiceNow required certifications: Certified System Administrator (baseline) and Certified Application Developer (baseline).
• Addition ServiceNow CIS certifications, such as Customer Service Management, IT Service Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Strategic Portfolio Management, Application Portfolio Management, Software Asset Management, and Hardware Asset Management.
• 8+ years of experience developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and HR.
• 5+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
• Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and commonly integrated third-party technologies.
• 5+ years of experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM, etc.).
• 5+ years of industry experience (Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.).
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions. Desired Skills
• Web development experience, including X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java.
• Java scripting experience for automation across various ServiceNow modules.
• REST and SOAP web service protocol experience.
• Business Rules, Workflow, Identification Rules, Workspaces, and External Portals experience.
• Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP.
• Specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications (ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM, or HR).
• Project Management or Agile certification.
• ITILv4 Foundations Certification.
• Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Please note that this position requires on-site work in Woodlawn, MD, five days a week.
