Senior Software Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Developer with expertise in ServiceNow to join our mission-focused software development team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and contribute to the full software development lifecycle.
• Guide secure and efficient ServiceNow implementations across complex systems. Requirements:
• U.S. Citizenship.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's Degree and 20 years of relevant experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong JavaScript and general software development proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving mindset. Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules: CAM, RMF, GRC, SecOps.
• Familiarity with NIST SP 800-53 standards.
• Deep understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Previous experience in a DoD or highly regulated environment. Benefits:
