Job Title: Jr/Midlevel ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Rit-Solutions-Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical professional to work on-site in Woodlawn, MD, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide development support for ServiceNow projects and enhancements.
• Develop process workflows and automation strategies.
• Collaborate with the team in architecture design development and reviews.
• Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.
• Support growth-related activities, including prototypes, and oral presentations. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer.
• 3+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
• Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies.
• Excellent understanding of system architecture, design principles, and impacts.
• Experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.).
• Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly.
• Experience with the US Federal Government.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement. Preferred Qualifications:
• Required ServiceNow certification: Certified System Administrator (baseline) and Certified Application Developer (baseline).
• Additional ServiceNow CIS certification with preference for Customer Service Management, IT Service Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Strategic Portfolio Management, Application Portfolio Management, Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management.
• 3+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR.
• 3+ years of industry experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.
• 2+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions. Desired Skills:
• Experience with Web development, including technologies such as X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular and JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java.
• Experience with implementing Java scripting to support automation across the various modules in ServiceNow.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols.
• Experience with Business Rules, Workflow, Identification Rules, Workspaces and External Portals.
• Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP.
• Specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications, including ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM or HR.
• Project Management or Agile certification.
• ITILv4 Foundations Certification.
• Ability to work in a high growth, fast-paced environment.
