Sr ServiceNow Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced Sr ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow configurations.
• Create custom applications and integrations.
• Mentor junior developers.
• Manage ServiceNow projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with IT and business departments.
• Conduct testing (unit, integration, user acceptance).
• Deploy updates and new configurations.
• Optimize system performance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Develop technical documents (architecture, data models, process flows).
• Provide advanced troubleshooting support.
• Resolve complex issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Recommend process and system improvements.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices.
• Ensure solutions comply with IT policies and regulations. Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Master's Degree is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years in software design and troubleshooting. Minimum 4 years with ServiceNow deployment and administration.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or Implementation Specialist preferred.
• Multi-tier software architecture, object-oriented design, Agile and Waterfall SDLC.
• Proficiency in programming languages (C, TAL, Caché ObjectScript, TACL, Python, SQL).
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow functionalities.
• Web development skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
