Job Title: ITOM Implementation Specialist About the Role

This position is responsible for implementing ITOM requirements for a new ServiceNow implementation. The ideal candidate will support the design, development, testing and implementation of automated processes and workflows for ITOM applications. Main Responsibilities:

• Automate processes and workflows for gathering, populating, and maintaining CMDB data.
• Configure and maintain the ServiceNow Discovery MID servers, patterns, sensors, probes, Discovery IP ranges and schedules.
• Experience with implementation across multiple environments such as Windows, UNIX, and SNMP devices.
• Configure integrations with other data sources and Cloud Discovery, and how discovery and integrations populate the CMDB.
• Identify, configure, troubleshoot, test, and resolve issues.
• Interface with customer team members to capture business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.
• Support of Service Mapping efforts through scripting and discovery
• Support CSDM efforts
• Configure ITOM dashboards.
• Create requested client reports. Key Competencies:
