Job Title: ServiceNow Developer/Lead with On-Prem Experience ">

This role is a service-oriented opportunity for an experienced ServiceNow professional to leverage their technical expertise and passion for process improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement process workflows, procedures, and technical standards within ServiceNow.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the ServiceNow architecture, including both high-level and granular views.
  • Participate in Agile development methodologies, ensuring seamless integration with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to receive complex input, translate it into requirements, and map them onto ServiceNow functionality.
  • Guide the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interfaces/integrations with third-party systems.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of ServiceNow patterns, reviewing and modifying as necessary to meet evolving business needs.
  • Invent and validate innovative solutions that drive process efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in ServiceNow, with a minimum of 3 on-prem implementations and support experiences for large clients.
  • ServiceNow Architect with expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM Pro), Integration HUB end-to-end design and implementation.
  • Experience in on-prem and cloud architecture design, platform fine-tuning, upgrades for the on-prem ServiceNow instance, custom integrations, platform customizations, and maintenance for the on-prem instance management.
