Sr. ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team at ShiftCode Analytics. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and maintainable solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Main Responsibilities:

• Achieve technical requirements through close collaboration with stakeholders and business partners.
• Design and develop custom applications, modules, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow's best practices and coding standards.
• Provide guidance and support to junior developers and teams to foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations, workflows, integrations, and performance.

Skill Requirements:

• Proven work experience with ServiceNow development and/or administration (6 years)
• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor (5 years)
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM) (5 years)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or application developer (CAD) (5 years)
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript and other web development tools and techniques (3 years)
• Experience building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems (3 years)

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and best practices
• Familiarity with ServiceNow's Glide scripts
• Experience designing and/or developing dashboards using Power BI
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and Shift Left testing
