Sr. ServiceNow Developer/Solution Architect

• *Job Description**

Centurion Consulting Group is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developer/Solution Architect to support one of our federal government clients on a long-term project.

The selected candidate will work 100% onsite in Woodlawn, MD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to develop strategies for leveraging ServiceNow services and capabilities.
• Develop agile-based work plans and schedules for planning and executing development activities.
• Lead a team of developers in providing work products and solutions to customers.
• Evaluate whether work products meet customer requirements and expectations.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, developing solutions across all platform applications, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Mgt, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and HR.
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect.
• 5+ years of experience integrating ServiceNow with other applications or data sources.
• 5+ years of experience designing and leading complex solutions and integrations.
• 3+ years of experience leading development teams.
• Extensive understanding of system architecture and design principles.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience working with the US Federal Government.
• Able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Project Management, requirements management, and Agile development practices.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect preferred.
• Certification in one or more additional mainline certifications, with preference for CIS - Customer Service Management, CIS - IT Service Management, CIS - Discovery, CIS - Service Mapping, CIS - Strategic Portfolio Management, CIS - Application Portfolio Management, CIS - Software Asset Management, or CIS - Hardware Asset Management.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

Position Details:

• Clearance: Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Travel: Less than 10% (CONUS).
