Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage your skills in Angular.JS, JavaScript, SQL, and related technologies for ServiceNow development.
• Engage in discovery and requirements gathering to enhance core ServiceNow functionality.
• Implement HR Service Requests within the HRSD scope in ServiceNow.
• Develop applications to streamline Employee service requests and support HR fulfillment processes.
• Refactor ServiceNow customizations during major updates.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment with fellow developers and business analysts.
• Understand backend configuration of ServiceNow and design effective tests.
• Assist with configuration, change, and release management.
• Ensure the accuracy and completion of work products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in related roles.
• Minimum of 2 years of ServiceNow development experience and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, customized forms, and workflows in ServiceNow.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Experience working in Agile project environments with a focus on delivering functional software releases frequently.

Desirable Skills:

• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery application.
• Familiarity with Human Resources business processes.
• Experience in business analysis or requirements gathering.

Salary Range: $112,597.33 - $144,768 a year.
