ServiceNow Lead Developer

• *Senior ServiceNow Position Available**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow professional to join our team at United Software Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the banking industry and expertise in ServiceNow.

The selected individual will be responsible for:

• Designing and developing application and technical architecture components
• Developing test cases and data, executing tests, and collaborating with team members to meet application requirements and performance goals
• Participating in code reviews, reporting issues, and documenting applications for maintenance
• Assisting with platform selection, integration, and configuration of solutions
• Developing software components and hardware for technology projects aligned with business strategies

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work systematically to resolve functional problems. They will also have strong consultation skills, providing guidance and best practices to junior staff.

The must-have technical skills include:

• ITOM & Discovery: Configuration into CMDB, Probes, Sensors, MID Server, Service Mapping, Service Gap Connectors
• Service Graph & Mapping: Service Mapping Implementation, CI Relationship Management
• Configurations: ITBM, HRSD, CSM; Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI & Data Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, Access Control Lists
• Integration & Automation: Experience with ServiceNow integrations (e.g., Salesforce, WorkDay, Ping, CyberArk, Azure, Dynatrace, Splunk)
• Performance Analytics: Dashboard and Report Design & Implementation
• ITSM: Change, Incident, Demand, Portfolio, Knowledge, Problem Management
• Migration & Upgrade: ServiceNow version upgrades, ATF, Update set migration
• Service Portal, Employee Centre, Service Catalog

Nice to have skills include Agile Development, Project Portfolio & Demand Management, Resource & Cost Management, Innovation & Test Management, Strategic & Financial Planning, Investment Funding, and Education & Certifications such as ServiceNow System Administration Certified. A degree is not required.

This is an on-site opportunity with a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 remote). Locations include Pittsburgh, PA; Dallas, TX; Strongsville, OH; Birmingham, AL; and Phoenix, AZ.
