We are part of the core team responsible for the overall health and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. Your Role

As a Sr Business Applications Developer - IRM/GRC ServiceNow, your primary focus will be supporting the GRC/IRM modules, specifically the Policy and Compliance Management and Audit Management modules currently in use.

You will configure and maintain the ServiceNow GRC/IRM platform, partner with Cybersecurity GRC Analysts to process audit controls, gaps, tickets, workflows, and identify automation opportunities.

You will also map policies to controls, lead automation efforts for repetitive processes within ServiceNow, collaborate with IT Compliance Engineers, Control Owners, and Attestation Owners to create and execute tests, attestations, and update control documentation.

You will identify improvements for audit gaps, productivity, and compliance, including automation opportunities, support IT teams in assessing and addressing security vulnerabilities and weaknesses, and assist with internal and external compliance audits.

You will create and maintain system design and operational documentation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, with typically 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience architecting and developing within ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, focusing on Policy, Compliance Management, and Audit Management.
• Active Certified ServiceNow Admin (CSA) Certification.
• Knowledge of NIST cybersecurity framework.
• Solid understanding of ITSM, ITIL, and COBIT frameworks.
• Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, SOAP, REST, especially with UI actions and automation using JavaScript for IRM control attestations.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules including Service Portal, Request, Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge. Preferred Qualifications
• Micro Certifications and other ServiceNow platform certifications.
• Additional ITIL V3 and V4 Certifications.
• Strong professionalism, customer service orientation, interpersonal and communication skills.
