Job Title: ServiceNow Developer/Integration SME

About this Role:

• Develop a deep understanding of customers' multiple IT service management (ITSM) tools and their integration requirements.
• Design and implement a comprehensive plan for integrating these tools with ServiceNow, ensuring seamless alignment with other projects.
• Analyze, design, and develop complex functionality across multiple ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Self-Service Portal, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, and Requests.
• Configure SLA features, approvals, notifications, foundation data, and workflow customizations for all ITSM features.
• Gain hands-on experience in developing business rules, client-side scripts, server-side scripts, script includes, scripting, and flow designer capabilities.
• Install and configure MID servers.
• Develop integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, Azure AD, SSO, e-bonding, inbound/outbound integrations, and more.
• Support processes aligned to ITIL best practices.
• Collaborate with customers to understand current scope and develop detailed plans with clear timelines.
• Work closely with the team to ensure successful go-live.
• Lead technical implementation, handle issues, front-end customer communication, and drive the implementation team forward.
• Ensure prompt and effective handling of user requests for assistance.
