We are looking for a ServiceNow – CMDB System Administrator to support one of our top international clients in optimizing their ITSM ecosystem. What Are We Looking For? Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar ServiceNow/CMDB administrative role Solid experience managing and improving ServiceNow CMDB modules Strong understanding of CMDB health , CI attributes, groups, teams, flows Experience with ITSM processes and preparation of ServiceNow CMDB for ITSM implementation Proactive mindset focused on process improvement and automation Fluency in English (B2+) Your Mission

• Monitor and maintain CMDB health and integrity
• Analyze and enhance the existing configuration: CI attributes, flows, groups, and access controls
• Support ITSM readiness through CMDB optimization
• Coordinate ServiceNow upgrades , changes, and performance checks
• Handle user roles and permissions , notifications, and system alerts
• Deploy update sets from non-production environments
• Build and maintain technical documentation and CMDB import templates
• Propose and lead process automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Set up and manage reports and dashboards , and schedule delivery
