ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to support a federal contract. This individual will design and implement end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in building solutions within the ServiceNow platform that directly impact our clients' missions by modernizing and automating various customer processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ServiceNow architecture and technical expertise for a federal client.
• Analyze and evaluate business needs and translate those needs to the ServiceNow technology architecture.
• Ensure organization goals align with appropriate ServiceNow solutions to achieve business objectives while advancing and optimizing the overall enterprise ServiceNow architecture.
• Offer top-level business and technology architecture consultancy services to clients.
• Support client technical deliverables including architecture and design documents.
• Collaborate with Business SMEs, solution, and technical architects to elevate technical direction for the delivery of highly performing transformative solutions. Requirements:
• Experience with CMS systems.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow implementations as a Solution Architect.
• At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect, or 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS in CSM.
• Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Extensive experience in ServiceNow Cloud Platforms and Architecture.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills at the executive level.
• Ability to adjust to different audiences.
• Experience with continuous integration in and between ServiceNow modules and integrated applications.
• Experience building and managing ServiceNow IT solutions integrating multiple ServiceNow or other cloud technologies. Equal Employment Opportunity:
