Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow SME with extensive experience in CMDB and CSDM framework to join our team at Rit-Solutions-Inc.

This individual will work closely with product owners, developers, and other SMEs to provide subject matter expertise for our existing ServiceNow environment.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Review the CMDB health Dashboard 3 days a week to address duplicates using the Duplicate Remediation Tool.
• Develop and implement a plan to review Required/Recommended attributes and address gaps.
• Collaborate with individual application SMEs to populate service mapping questionnaires for each application and instance.
• Update and troubleshoot agents with errors, as well as review VMware discovery jobs and data dictionary pages for managed CI classes.
• Assist in curating ideas, incidents, problems, and questions for the CMDB Lead.
• Perform duplicative deployment work and minor CMDB customizations to prepare for mapping.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow (CMDB) SME.
• Strong knowledge of the CSDM framework.
• Experience working in healthcare, particularly in insurance or hospital settings, is highly preferred.

Duration and Location:

This position is a long-term contract with the possibility of conversion to an FTE after 6 months. The role requires remote work, but the individual must be local to one of the following states: Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
