ServiceNow Architect Position

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team. About the Job

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in ServiceNow, with at least 3 years of on-prem implementation and support experience for large clients. Key Requirements

• NERC CIP certification is mandatory
• Experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM Pro), Integration HUB end-to-end design and implementation
• Experience in ServiceNow Operations technology (OT) Visibility and Service Management configurations is essential
• On-prem and cloud architecture design experience is mandatory
• Platform fine-tuning, upgrades, and custom integrations experience for on-prem ServiceNow instances is required Duties and Responsibilities
• Developing, installing, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications
• Integrating it with other programs
• Training, documentation, and support

Please note that the successful candidate will be responsible for developing, installing, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications; integrating them with other programs; training users; documenting processes; and providing ongoing support.
