This role plays a key part in designing, leading, and delivering comprehensive ServiceNow ITOM solutions.

• Leading end-to-end ServiceNow ITOM implementations for global enterprise clients.
• Designing and configuring Discovery patterns, MID Servers, and integrations with various infrastructure platforms.
• Developing and optimizing Service Maps, Application Services, and Dependency Views.
• Setting up and managing Event Management and Health Log Analytics.
• Architecting CMDB structures and defining CSDM alignment.
• Building and maintaining automation workflows that drive proactive IT operations.
• Collaborating with internal and client-side architects, developers, and stakeholders.
• Leading client workshops, requirement analysis, and knowledge transfer sessions.

Responsibilities also include providing mentorship to junior team members and supporting pre-sales when required.

This position requires exceptional communication, documentation, and client engagement skills.

A deep understanding of Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB architecture is necessary.

The ideal candidate will have strong grasp of CSDM best practices and CMDB governance, along with experience integrating with cloud platforms and on-prem systems.

Familiarity with scripting, MID Server configurations, probe/sensor tuning, and flow designer is desired.

ServiceNow certifications (CIS-ITOM or equivalent) are highly preferred, as is prior experience working with USA-based clients or in a remote consulting environment.
