Job Title: ServiceNow ITAM Specialist

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) Specialist to join our team at Centraprise. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing the CMDB, Discovery & Service Mapping, and will be responsible for configuring and enhancing the ServiceNow ITAM modular platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement CMDB, Discovery & Service Mapping
• Develop ServiceNow ITAM configuration, including automated asset data population, integrations with SCCM, JAMF & other asset sources
• Configure end-to-end SAM Pro processes & activities along with reconciliation & reclamation rules, reports & workspaces
• Design and implement HAM process & asset lifecycle implementation
• Document development, configuration and technical details & prepare training material

Requirements:

• ServiceNow Administration certification
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification (SAM, HAM)
• Technical Skills: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification (Discovery + various tracks)

Soft Skills:

• Excellent time management, organizational skills, crisis management and problem-solving skills
• Good oral and written communication skills, Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills
• Ensures information is accurate and complete, Self-motivated and open to learn all aspects of cloud administration
• Must be willing to teach and share all knowledge with team members and other operational teams
