Job Summary
The ServiceNow Engagement Manager Lead is responsible for leading complex ServiceNow delivery engagements, ensuring excellence in execution, stakeholder satisfaction, and business value realization. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource planning
- Monitor project progress, risks, and financials to ensure successful delivery
- Facilitate executive status updates, stakeholder alignment, and escalation resolution
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and architects to deliver ServiceNow solutions
- Ensure compliance with governance, change management, and quality standards
- Support pre-sales activities, proposals, and client roadmaps
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading ServiceNow engagements across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other modules
- 7+ years of experience in IT consulting, program/project management, or delivery leadership
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist) a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, ITIL, or Agile certifications
- Experience in a consulting or global delivery environment
