ServiceNow Solution Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow professional with extensive experience in designing and implementing large-scale enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scripting, platform configuration, design, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical solutions for proposal development during procurement phases.
• Create custom integrations using REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, and Scripted REST API.
• Design and implement large-scale applications and systems on the ServiceNow platform.
• CUSTOMIZE CORE APPLICATIONS such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, ITOM, IRM, and HRSD.
• Formulate and articulate technical vision for complex projects.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Maintain proficiency in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle.

Requirements

• At least 13+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Minimum 10 years of experience designing and supporting ServiceNow enterprise implementations.
• Strong consultative background in enterprise environments.
• Experience working closely with leadership on high-visibility program-based initiatives.
• Strong technical and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven track record in delivering complex technical products in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
