• Provide development support for ServiceNow projects and enhancements.
• Develop process workflows and automation strategies.
• Collaborate with the team in architecture design development and reviews.
• Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements. Requirements
• Bachelor's and 3 years of experience, Master's and 1 year of experience or 7+ in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of experience as ServiceNow developer.
• 3+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
• Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Web development, including technologies such as X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular and JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java.
• Experience with implementing Java scripting to support automation across the various modules in ServiceNow.
