ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead our long-term contract project. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in designing and implementing architectural solutions using ServiceNow. Responsibilities:

• Create design documents, validate test plans with Client SMEs, and lead demonstrations and strategic efforts.
• Design and oversee the validity of architectural solutions within single or multiple domains by working closely with and coordinating efforts of multiple project team architects.
• Develop cross-domain integration designs according to existing leading practices and establish new architectural conventions.
• Work with business analysts and customers to determine scope and work out a high-level architectural solution.
• Define technical strategy, identify internal and external technical dependencies, and order task implementation based on a full product vision.
• Evaluate business requirements from a technical standpoint, gather technical information from customers and service providers to fulfill functional and non-functional requirements.
• Provide technical trainings and presentations for the project team and product stakeholders.
• Deliver consulting services to install, configure, and integrate software products from ServiceNow.
• Conduct workshops to articulate the value of the solution.
• Develop custom software solutions as required through scripting and software development.
• Prepare technical documentation as specified in customer agreements.
• Guide setting up and configuration of customized probes, sensors, and patterns as needed.
• Guide setting up, configuring, and coding custom integrations using ServiceNow APIs.
• Guide performing application mapping and understand the mapping process.
• Ability to set up and configure impact analysis for what-if scenarios.
• Ability to articulate a technology and business direction using ServiceNow. Required Skills:
