We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Operations Manager to lead our ServiceNow operations at Forhyre LLC. About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple strategic projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of ServiceNow operations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead multiple strategic ServiceNow projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Requirements
- Experience:
- 12+ years' experience in software development, design, and architecture.
- 7+ years' experience in solution architecture with emphasis on implementing SNOW technical solutions.
- 8+ years' experience in Agile practices, building software in an enterprise environment. Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and Certified Application Developer certifications.
- Proven experience as a technical leader in ServiceNow implementations, with a deep understanding of ITSM and other ServiceNow modules.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. Desirable Skills
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience in ServiceNow modules such as Change Management, Incident Management, ITOM, IRM, ITAM, Security vulnerabilities (SecOps).
- Experience with Agile and ITIL practices is a plus. What We Are Looking For
