ServiceNow SME

Seeking an experienced ServiceNow SME to provide subject matter expertise for our existing ServiceNow environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CMDB and CSDM Framework, with experience working in healthcare industries such as insurance or hospitals. Key Responsibilities

• Review CMDB health dashboard 3 times a week to identify and resolve duplicates using the Duplicate Remediation Tool.
• Develop worklogs to address gaps in Required/Recommended attributes.
• Collaborate with application SMEs to populate service mapping questionnaires for each application instance.
• Update and troubleshoot out-of-date agents, review VMware discovery jobs, and troubleshoot credentials/access issues.
• Complete data dictionary pages for managed CI classes.
• Develop Configuration Management Plans (CMP).
• Curate ideas, incidents, problems, and questions for the CMDB Lead.
• Perform minor CMDB customizations, skeleton service creation, and deployment work to prepare for mapping. Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow (CMDB) SME.
• Knowledge of CSDM framework.
• Strong understanding of CMDB and its applications. About Us
