ServiceNow ITOM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM Specialist to join our team at Saxon Global in Austin, TX. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing ServiceNow ITOM solutions, with a focus on Discovery and Service Mapping applications.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the ServiceNow Platform, including building new applications, integrations, and enhancing existing applications. You will work closely with stakeholders to design solutions for new requirements and integrations, providing recommendations and best practices.

In addition to technical expertise, we require strong communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to guide and mentor team members is also essential. A background in large organizations managing multiple Service Management tools is a significant advantage.
