ServiceNow Developer/Admin

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (Remote, Secret Clearance) Location: Remote (U.S. Based) Clearance Required: Active Secret (Tier 3) Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:

Cornerstone Technology is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to support our government client. This fully remote position is a great opportunity for a motivated developer with a strong background in ServiceNow, DevOps, and ITSM modules. You’ll work alongside a cross-functional team to develop, maintain, and optimize ServiceNow solutions aligned with mission-critical objectives for the Department of Defense.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow modules and enhancements
• Configure and manage the ServiceNow DevOps module
• Align application data to the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and manage the CMDB
• Perform integration and automation across the development lifecycle
• Conduct testing, including UAT, and troubleshoot complex issues
• Administer and maintain ServiceNow platform performance and security
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Active Secret clearance (Tier 3)
• Experience with:
• DevOps and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab)
• ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, PPM
• Agile methodology and full SDLC
• CMDB management and data model alignment
• Strong scripting, troubleshooting, and testing skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Required Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• CompTIA Security+

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified ITSM Implementation Specialist
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,701.00 - $122,393.00 per year
