Job Title: ServiceNow Senior Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our team at Sciencesoft. About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing ServiceNow applications and workflows according to business requirements and ITIL best practices.

This role requires a strong understanding of ITSM, with knowledge of other ServiceNow modules being highly desirable, along with analytical thinking and effective communication skills to drive ServiceNow solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
• Analyze and optimize ITSM and other ServiceNow processes (e.g., ITOM, CSM, SecOps) to align with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, functionalities, and best practices.
• Perform system integrations, data migrations, and ensure seamless platform performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and efficiency.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing for internal teams. Requirements
• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow in a large-scale environment.
• English B2+ level or higher.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, evaluating data to support decision-making.
• Solid understanding of ITSM; knowledge of other ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, CSM, and SecOps is highly desirable. Nice to Have
• Experience in Enterprise and/or IT Service Management.
• Advanced System Administration.
• Knowledge of database design schemes and data modeling.
• ITIL V3 Certification.
• ServiceNow Certification (System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, or other relevant certifications).
• Experience in Service Portal development.
• Familiarity with support and maintenance activities.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field. About Us
