We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Application Developer to join our team in Richmond, VA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing innovative IT engineering designs that support business and technical requirements on the ServiceNow Platform. Main Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and ensure traceability to technical design
• Assess testing needs and prepare strategies using ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework
• Build high-quality, scalable, and reusable code following best practices
• Advise clients on best practices and implement changes to meet business needs Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 8+ years of experience with the ServiceNow Platform (must be able to discuss this experience actively)
• 5+ years of software development experience with JavaScript and libraries like AngularJS, Bootstrap, React, Node.js
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and design patterns Preferred Skills
• Experience with Agile development lifecycle
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
