ServiceNow Platform Administrator

As a ServiceNow Platform Administrator, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining a modern ITSM platform using agile methodology.

CACI is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Administrator to support our DoD customer in implementing an enterprise IT service delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services. About the Role

• You will be responsible for all aspects of the platform, including monitoring health, usage, operations, and performance.
• Maintain a sound understanding of enterprise and platform level architecture as it relates to managing the ServiceNow instances.
• Manage the patch and upgrade cycle of the platform, coordinating with various teams to ensure minimal impact.
• Oversee the development pipeline and assist with update set promotions to ensure a consistent and reliable process for moving work into production. Your Qualifications
• 5+ years' experience in incremental software development projects such as Agile Scrum approach.
• 10+ years' experience related to the role.
• Professional experience operating within cross-functional teams and groups.
• An active DoD secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related technical discipline.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator or Certified ServiceNow Developer. Nice to Have
• Ability to contribute to the development of program architecture and standards.
• Experience in Continuous integration, Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) as well as SecDevOps processes and tools. About CACI
