Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules and FSM modeless as Incident, Change, Problem,

Request, and Asset Management, enabling streamlined IT operations and service delivery.

Proven skills in ServiceNow Scoped Applications development using JavaScript, Glide

Record, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub for scalable automation and

integrations.

Hands-on experience designing and building RESTful and SOAP API integrations with cloud

platforms including Azure (Azure Monitor, Azure AD, ARM API) and AWS (CloudTrail,

Config, Service Catalog) via MID Server and secure authentication protocols like OAuth 2.0,

SAML, and JWT.

Deep knowledge of CMDB architecture and data model customization, including discovery

patterns, relationship mapping, and real-time synchronization with cloud assets for accurate

configuration management.

Skilled in building complex event management correlation rules and alerting workflows

integrating with security information tools like Azure Sentinel and AWS CloudWatch,

reducing alert fatigue and improving incident response.

Proficient in designing and implementing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)

workflows automating continuous audit log ingestion, risk assessments, and policy

enforcement.

Experience automating CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow application deployment using Azure

DevOps Pipelines integrated with the ServiceNow Application Repository to accelerate

release cycles and reduce errors.

Strong command over PowerShell scripting and automation within cloud environments,

orchestrated through ServiceNow workflows and DevOps pipelines to synchronize cloud

infrastructure and CMDB data.

Integrated AWS IAM with ServiceNow MID Server to securely fetch asset metadata and

enforce granular access control using Role-based Access Control (RBAC) and Security Rules,

improving audit alignment.

Adept at developing custom Service Portal widgets and UI macros using AngularJS and

JavaScript for enhanced operational dashboards and user-friendly self-service portals.

Experience in setting up and maintaining MID Server on AWS EC2 and other environments

for secure, efficient communication between ServiceNow and cloud resources.

Strong understanding of identity and access management integrations, including Azure AD

B2C/B2B, AWS IAM roles, and LDAP synchronization, enabling secure and seamless

authentication flows.

Proficient in applying ITIL methodologies and aligning ServiceNow process customizations

to enterprise IT service management standards.
