myncnajobs is looking for a ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) Manager to support the continuous growth of our ServiceNow Customer Service Management program.
Our ServiceNow practice is recruiting ambitious individuals with a drive to aggressively grow their careers in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Responsibilities:
- Participate in client workshop and lab exercise activities.
- Leverage your deep ServiceNow expertise to provide technical architecture designs to support client process improvement initiatives.
- Design and configure ServiceNow Customer Service Management and Field Service solutions to align with our client programs.
- Guide your clients through the implementation of their ServiceNow CSM solutions.
- Provide technical guidance to developers on ServiceNow configuration.
- Develop testing plans and support customers through the testing cycle.
- Develop training plans and deliver across all functional departments. Desired Skills:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist - Customer Service Management Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in a professional environment
- 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow implementation lead or system administrator experience (hands-on configuration work)
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with professionals of all levels
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at the same time
