Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Solution Analyst to join the IT team of a leading beverage distributor in the United States. This role focuses on designing and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions across various modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and process optimization.

  • Lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions and integrations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow designs.
  • Develop custom applications, workflows, and automations within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Ensure quality, efficiency, and performance across all ServiceNow solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally to optimize business processes through ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, enhancements, and best practices.
  • Recommend and implement platform improvements and process optimizations.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the team.
  • Participate in Agile and DevOps-driven projects using modern collaboration tools.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in solution architecture within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • ServiceNow CSA certification (Certified System Administrator) – mandatory.
  • ITIL Foundation v3 or later – mandatory (strong ITIL knowledge required).
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, AppEngine, ITOM, IRM, SecOps).
  • Proven ability to design and lead ServiceNow solutions beyond ITIL.
  • Strong experience in functional manual testing, UI/API integration testing.
  • Proficient in JIRA Test Management tools.
  • Deep knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured).
  • Experience building mock services for testing.
  • Familiarity with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright).
  • Proficient in object-oriented programming, data structures, and software design principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working directly with development teams to deliver ServiceNow implementations.
  • Experience in Agile/DevOps environments.
  • Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS – ITOM, HRSD, AppEngine).
  • Experience leading client-facing technical discussions and solutioning sessions.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and driving strategic conversations with IT leadership.
