A highly experienced and skilled professional with a strong background in ServiceNow is required to join our team at mycnajobs. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive ServiceNow solutions to improve IT service management and related processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document requirements for process enhancements and ServiceNow development.
• Define and document governance processes and procedures, ensuring adherence to established standards and best practices.
• Lead the development of architectural and technical standards for ServiceNow enterprise architecture, security, database design schemas, and data modeling.
• Design and implement integration, middleware, and discovery technologies to support ServiceNow solutions. Requirements:
• 10+ years' experience in ServiceNow, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM).
• 8 years' experience with ServiceNow CMDB and its role in supporting other ITSM processes.
• Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize process enhancements and ServiceNow development.
• Experience defining and documenting governance processes and procedures.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, and enterprise architecture, security, database design schemas, and data modeling.
• Proven ability to lead the development of architectural and technical standards and best practices.
