We seek a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM Solution Consultant to provide CMDB and Service Mapping modeling and advisory services to our clients. Successful candidates will have a strong background in IT Service Management processes and solutions, as well as expertise in ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping.

• Model network, storage, and infrastructure within the CMDB.
• Assess current state processes and tools, define solution requirements, including integrations, architecture, and implementation plans. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in Discovery, Service Mapping.
• ServiceNow Micro-certifications in CMDB.
• Expertise in at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations.
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow, focusing on CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Enterprise Architecture, and integrations.
• Deep expertise in Common Service Data Model (CSDM) 4.0 and consulting on implementation with large enterprises.
• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL and CMDB processes and solutions.
• 8+ years of professional services/consulting experience.
• Active Secret Security Clearance (or higher). Desired Skills

Apart from the required skills, it would be beneficial if you have:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification (CSA).
• Web Development experience.
• Javascripting experience.
• ITILv3 Expert designation. Qualifications

You should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience/combination of education and experience. Work Location
