Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Business Analyst
Location: Pleasanton, CA / Plano, TX / Boise, ID / Phoenix, AZ (Onsite from Day 1) - Only Locals or nearby Job Summary
This is a contract position for a ServiceNow ITSM Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst for ITSM, specifically with ServiceNow. They should be familiar with IT Service Management processes and able to support US operations during US Mountain/Pacific time up to 6PM. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business requirements for IT Service Management processes using ServiceNow.
- Analyze and improve existing IT service management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to stakeholders. Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst for ITSM, specifically with ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management processes (e.g., Incident, Problem and Change Management, Project and Portfolio Management, Service Catalog, etc.).
- Able to work in any of both US hours (PST and MST). Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response.
- Experience with ServiceNow Multi-Source CMDB/CMDB 360. About the Company
