Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled IT Service Management professional to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of ITSM, Service Catalogs, and Record producers, order guides.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create workflows for each Catalog Item, ensuring seamless integration with our service management systems.
- Design and implement Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policy, UI Action, Script Include, and Flow Designer workflows, leveraging their expertise in complex workflow creation.
- Develop a deep understanding of our Change Module and create new Change types apart from the standard ones.
- Configure Inbound Email Actions for record creation and updates based on specific requirements.
- Create Events and Script Actions that drive business outcomes.
- Configure SLA settings, Notifications, Push Notifications, and HTML templates for all notifications, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Utilize Import Set API and Transform Maps to streamline data import and transformation processes.
- Implement Visual Task Board Requirements to enhance collaboration and visibility.
- Design and develop user-friendly portals for End Users to create Incidents and Requests.
- Create new Metric Definitions to measure key performance indicators.
- Develop reports, gauges, homepages, and scheduling of reports to provide actionable insights.
- Install and configure Mid Server and upload necessary files to ensure system integrity.
