ServiceNow Developer

Job Description

As a Technical Developer, you will be working with our Slalom team to deliver ServiceNow strategy and design, technology advisory, solution design, deployment, go-live, training and change support. You will be acting as a technical delivery consultant for ServiceNow engagements by delivering solutions based on the requirements provided by the Slalom team and the Client.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing technical blueprints for how ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, and/or SPM can help meet the client's enterprise goals
• Reviewing and delivering ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, and/or SPM technical solutions to ensure they meet customer requirements using the most efficient methods that leverage ServiceNow best practices and standards
• Mentoring teammates on ServiceNow platform best practices about ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, and/or SPM modeling, platform architecture, customizations, etc.

Requirements include:

• 4+ years of experience working in a client-facing role in a professional services organization, building and designing solutions that have been delivered to the marketplace
• 3+ years of deep functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and implementation, or similar technology
• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for both the Slalom team and the client
