About the position

The ServiceNow Admin role is focused on managing and optimizing the ServiceNow platform to support IT service management and operations. The position requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow functionalities and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow administration and integration, ensuring the platform meets organizational needs.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required ,
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator ,
  • At least 1 year of experience in an L2 support role ,
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow functionality, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other modules ,
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, GlideScript, and Jelly ,
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST APIs, MID Servers, and Web Services ,
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues

Nice-to-haves

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification is preferred
