ITSM - ServiceNow Architect About the Role:

The Systems Architect (SA) role is accountable for all aspects of the technical solution and implementation from initiation through closeout of customer projects. The SA leads onsite and virtual technical requirements gathering workshops with client customers to capture all requirements necessary to implement the solution on the current ITSM platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide subject matter expertise in the design, configuration and implementation of the following capabilities within current ITSM platform: ITSM, CSM, FSM, IRM, ITOM (CMDB & Service Mapping), SAM (Software Asset Management), HAM (Hardware Asset Management), Service Portal, and others.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops to provide technical guidance, and assist with capturing all necessary business, functional and technical requirements necessary to design and implement the solution.
• Research and evaluate technical solutions to make informed recommendations on the most appropriate, efficient and cost-effective solution based on the customer requirements and the statement of work. Requirements:
• 10+ years of professional IT experience
• 5+ years of experience in ITSM
• Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Python, PowerShell)
• Platform module configuration experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with Workflow/Flow Designer
• ServiceNow certifications (Administrator, Implementation Specialist) preferred Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency with scripting in JavaScript, Python & PowerShell
• Five years of advanced administration, configuration, and development experience on an ITSM platform
• ServiceNow Certified Administrator preferred (Current Release)
• Current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist preferred (Current Release) About Us:
