Job Title: Technical ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team on a remote basis. About the Role:

This is a 4-6 month contract position, and we prefer candidates with a strong background in healthcare insurance experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics solutions
• Design and implement ITSM dashboards and reports
• Analyze business requirements and provide technical recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Strong ServiceNow Performance Analytics experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• GC Holder or US Citizen preferred Preferred Skills:
• ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics expertise
• ITSM knowledge and experience
• Healthcare insurance industry experience Work Environment:

This is a remote position, and we strongly prefer candidates who are based in EST or CST time zones.
